Jason is the Group Chief Executive Officer for the LitComp Plc group of companies which includes Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services and Elite Insurance Company Limited.

Jason qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1998.

He was a college lecturer in law and has twenty years experience as a litigation lawyer with a number of prominent law firms.

Jason established Perfect Consulting Ltd in 1998 and Legal Reports & Services Ltd in 2000.

In 1999, he established Company & Commercial Services Limited, which provided risk assessment services to insurers specialising in ATE legal expenses insurance.

He is also the former secretary of the Association of Medical Reporting Organisations, the leading medico-legal reporting trade body and a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel.

Russell is the Chief Operating Officer for Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services.

Russell started his professional career in 1984 with a subsidiary of British Caledonian Airways where he rose to become assistant manager of flight operations. 

From 1987, he spent 11 years working in the corporate hospitality sector, undertaking various roles from managing large events for blue chip companies to designing IT based management systems.

In 1998, Russell co-founded Perfect Consulting Limited, with his brother Jason, as a company sourcing and supplying medical reports and in 2000 they established it's Subsidiary, Legal Reports & Services Limited, to specialise in non-medical expert witness reports.

Paul is the Group Finance Director for the LitComp Plc group of companies which includes Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services and Elite Insurance Company Limited.

Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978.

Paul is the finance director of LitComp Plc group of companies.  He has particular experience in corporate finance, and of start-ups and fast growth companies including three successful listings and approximately twenty mergers and acquisitions and other fundraisings. Paul also has experience of the underwriting management, turnarounds and insolvency sectors.

Charles joined Elite in April 2009 as Divisional Managing Director of Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services.

With a long career in general insurance that has involved most personal & commercial classes, Charles is leading Elite's move into areas of business that support the plan of becoming a growing  general insurer.

Charles is well known in the ATE market, having been a member of advisory committees that helped to shape the move from much state funded legal aid into the commercial insurance market.

Charles has contributed to press articles, both from an insurance & general background.

Mike is an Underwriting Director Designate within Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services.

Mike’s experience in the insurance sector is well complemented by his legal background. He joined First Assist in 2000 and worked to develop its “Pursuit” product, helping to position it as a key player in the ATE market.

Mike’s experience as a senior underwriter has enabled him to build strong links with solicitors and brokers, which proves valuable in his role.

Mike is the Group Financial Controller for the LitComp Plc group of companies which includes Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services and Elite Insurance Company Limited.

Mike qualified as an associate of the Institute of Financial Accountants in 1982 and  spent much of his early career in the motor trade, working for Reg Vardy plc, CD Bramall plc and Evans Halshaw amongst others.

He has a wealth of experience in day-to-day financial and accounting management, and works closely with the company bankers, funders and auditors.  

Mike joined Litcomp plc in April 2002 and played a large part in the migration from Ofex to AIM, as well as managing the continuing development of the accounting function.

Chris is a Business Development and Audit Executive for Elite Business Development t/as Elite Litigation Services.

Chris joined us from Complete Claims Ltd and has a broad experience of the insurance industry as both a broker and an underwriter.

After obtaining his law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, he worked as both litigation consultant and auditor at The Accident Group before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Sonya is the Head of Legal for Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services. 

Sonya read law and trained in London and has since worked in various practices in Nottinghamshire. 

She has over 9 years post qualified experience of personal injury.

She was a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers with litigator status before she joined Elite in May 2008.

Sally-Anne joined Elite 4 years ago following 6 years as a Regional Credit Manager for the Personal Injury & Employment departments for an international law firm and is now the Senior Operations Manager for Elite Business Development and is based in Grantham but does also work from the London & Gibraltar office.

Sally-Anne is responsible for the Admin & Credit Control team in Grantham and the newly recruited Operations team in London. Sally-Anne  works to ensure that the day to day running of the Operations is in line with service level agreements and that client requirements are met and works to develop new procedures to ensure a smoother running of the business all round. Sally-Anne is also the CRM for the largest broker client of Elite.

Ian is the Group IT Manager for the LitComp Plc group of companies which includes Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services and Elite Insurance Company Limited.

Ian gained a HND in Integrated Engineering from Nottingham Trent University before his passion for computers lead him into the I.T. industry 10 years ago.

Ian joined us in August 2007 having previously worked as an I.T. Consultant for the East Midlands leading firm of Chartered Accountants for 8 years. Ian manages the day-to-day running of our systems along with planning for future growth.

Louise is the Administration Manager for Elite Business Development t/as Elite Litigation Services.

Louise commenced with Elite as Administration Manager in 2006 after 12 years service as a Corporal in the Armed Forces.  She has a wealth of secretarial experience and organisation skills gained over the last 15 years, working as a Personal Assistant to the Cheif Executive of the British Army for Northern Ireland.

Tracy is an Underwriter for Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services.

Having obtained her law degree and LPC, Tracy has since gained a wide experience of the LEI market - starting her career in BTE insurance before moving to ATE Underwriting. Tracy has also had experience of working for a leading Independent Risk Transfer Broker before joining Elite as an Underwriter in 2008.

Ashok manages the Claims Department in the London Office for Elite Business Development Limited t/as Elite Litigation Services.

Ashok read law and trained in London and has worked in various practices both in the West Country and in London.

Ashok has over 15 years post qualification experience in personal injury and general litigation, with a particular specialism for complex higher value claims.

He was a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers before he joined Elite on the 3^rd August 2009.

After 6 years of working in a firm of Solicitors as a paralegal, specialising in PI, Jacqueline has gained an extensive knowledge of the claims background and incorporates this into her daily role in Elite.  Her role predominantly involves credit control functions for Elite.

Jacqueline is also the CRM for a number of Solicitors and Broker clients of Elite which she actively welcomes and seeks to increase her client base.

Swithyn is the Receptionist based at our Grantham Office and also provides secretarial support to the Directors of Elite as well as helping with the day to day running of the office.

Marie is the Financial & Technical Controller for Elite Insurance Company Limited.

Before Marie joined us in November 2009, she worked as an insurance accountant for 8 years.  She qualified as a member of the Association of Accounting Technician and has obtained a wealth of experience in all the different aspects involved in this field of work.

This has enabled her to perform the day-to-day financial and accounting management expected of her at Elite.

Anne supports the Administration Team within Elite Business Development Limited.

Anne has worked for Legal Reports & Services, a sister company to Elite, for the past 7 years.
